These terms cover the asksazzle.com landing page and launch waitlist operated by Ask Sazzle Ltd. They do not cover the future Sazzle planning service, which will have its own terms when it becomes available.
Joining the waitlist
Joining is free. Please use an email address you control and provide accurate information. If you sign up, we will send a confirmation and the launch news you requested. You can leave the list at any time using an unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, a place in any testing programme, a particular launch date or any feature shown on this page. We may change our plans as we build Sazzle. If we invite you to use the planning service, we will explain any separate terms before you use it.
Using this website
You may browse this site for your own use. Please do not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit someone else's email address without their permission. The Sazzle name, branding and site content belong to Ask Sazzle Ltd or its licensors.
Availability and your rights
We aim to keep this page available and its information accurate, but may update or temporarily suspend it while we develop the service. If we make a significant change affecting people already on the waitlist, we will explain it where appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to limit.
Privacy and contact
Our privacy notice explains how we handle waitlist information and optional analytics. These terms do not change your email or analytics choices.
